Roughly 24 hours when possible.

We do our very best to drop off the day before the party and pick up the day after the party. Sometimes this is not possible due to rentals on the previous or following days. We start our day at 7 a.m. and end around 9 p.m. when needed.

You do not need to be home at the time of delivery.  Our delivery professionals simply ask that the customer leave a chair or other lawn marker to indicate placement of the unit and they will set up at that location. 

The units cannot be used in winds 15 mph or more. All other related weather decisions, we leave up to the customer if they would like the delivery. We are willing to reschedule or refund the deposit due to bad weather.

There are no refunds after we drop off the unit.

$50 non-refundable deposit is taken at the time of booking and the remainder of the balance is due at drop-off.  Payment may be made in the form of cash, check or credit card.

$50 non-refundable deposit is due at time of booking unless we cancel due to the weather. In the event we need to refund due to weather it will incur a 3% transaction fee that has already been charged as our credit card processor does not return transaction fees. 

Wet Vac the unit and dry it out with a towel. Make sure that the floor of the unit is dry before letting people in again as the floor is slippery when it gets wet.

The units can hold up to 1000 lbs., so, yes, mom and dad can use the unit as well.

The unit you’ve chosen, appropriate number of stakes, blower, one 100 ft. extension cord, and a tarp to be placed under the unit. DO NOT use your own cords OR additional cords besides the ones provided. Failure to follow could result in additional fees.

We are insured. By booking a unit with our company, the customer agrees to the terms and conditions of the liability agreement, which is also sent to the customer via email.

DO NOT book using the address of the park. Some parks require special permits, instructions, and inspections. Nashua, NH does not allow rentals at all at their parks. If you are looking to have your event at a park please call us FIRST

Yes. A blower attached to the unit keeps it inflated so it must be plugged in and turned on the entire time that the unit is in use.

The best location is in a flat grassy area without rocks, and away from buildings and trees. Each unit is sized differently – please see the description on the website to confirm your yard has enough space for set-up. Bounce Houses can be set up outdoors or indoors.

It is necessary to stake the Bounce House down to keep it from moving. Please let the professional delivery person know about any underground systems prior to set up. We are not liable for any damage to any underground system.

No, it will not permanently damage your lawn. The grass will be flattened after removal. If this is a concern, a simple raking will fluff it back up. Please note that it generally takes 3 to 4 days for your lawn to begin turning yellow.

Delivery charge is included if the rental is over $200 dollars within 25 miles of Manchester, NH. Outside of the 25 miles delivery charges will apply.

Anything under $200 dollars incurs a minimum $50 delivery charge.
